Amplifying introverts to create innovative digital products
Organisations sometimes need help getting the most out of their product teams - particularly less vocal team members. Building on our experience of digital and people development, Loudmouse can help to mentor, coach and develop your team to build more holistic, inclusive and impactful products.

Mission
The mission of Loudmouse is to help organisations harness the skills and ideas that will enable them to build better digital products, and develop their people along the way.
We do this by embracing diversity and the unique skillsets in every team member (not just the loudest or best paid person) to help teams collaborate more effectively towards their end goal, removing the roadblocks that can hinder delivery - making you more nimble.
Skills
Years of experience managing hundreds of digital projects of varying shapes and sizes (including some award-winners) has taught us a lot about the importance of high-quality facilitation, user research, eliciting and clarifying requirements, and how to build high-performing product teams.
We have also learned to listen more than talk, and the lifesaving magic of the motto 'never assume' when it comes to building digital products.
Story
'Constantly talking isn't necessarily communicating' - Joel Barish, The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
In our experience, product and engineering teams tend to have a higher ratio of introverts to extroverts. Some of the best ideas we've seen have come from the quietest voices - but often they don't get heard.
We believe that organisations need a bit of help to create the right environment to enable all team members to bring the best of themselves.

Hi, I'm Rachel. As a card-carrying introvert it was hard for me to post this photo but I was told it was the right thing to do (just so you know I'm a real human being)!
